MTS Implementation on P1500 and P3000 Platforms
The P1500 single‑mast working platform offers a 1500 kg load capacity, 8 m/min speed, and a maximum height of 250 m. With MTS integration, technical parameters such as motor current are monitored in real time. The P3000 double‑mast model, which supports 3000 kg, also benefits from MTS. The system records responses from the automatic leveling mechanism, making the platform even safer. In both platforms, MTS provides instant reports on energy usage and balance status.
Using MTS on H1500 and H2000 Hoists
The H1500 personnel and material hoist can lift 1500 kg at 16 m/min up to 150 m. MTS tracks essential usage data, including load stability during operation. The H2000 extends capacity to 2000 kg with a 30 m/min speed, also reaching 150 m. MTS monitors energy‑current information, machine position, current and peak load values, driver status, and fault conditions in real time.
